PROFILE CONFIGURATOR:

Within the Project Tools Section you can enter one of the most important novelties of the Lucifero’s web site, the Lighting Profile Configurator. The Configurator allows to create the desired composition of a lighting profile.

Once chosen the type of profile and the composition type (if linear, “rectangular” or “square” or “L” or “C” shaped), you can fill-in the composition’s dimensions, then the desired lamp-type – if with or without halogen/led spots and the required fluorescent tubes compositions: if with normal T5 or with tube overlap or with the new SEAMLESS T5 – , the electric-feed type and the type of diffuser.

Once done this, the Configurator asks if the composition must be of the exact dimensions filled in (option that can affect the luminous continuity) or if can be optimized with a maximum lower or longer length of 15 cm. The said optimization is calculated basing on a criteria mix privileging

the choice of the longest profiles and diffusers (to reduce the nr. of visual interruptions), the costs and the luminous continuity. The Configurator then calclulates the necessary profiles, including the custom-cut pieces, the battens and the accessories and presents them in a list of reference codes and quantities that can be sent to the company for price calculation: In order to cut time, we decided to start with the configurator for the FILE 2 and the FILE 2H profile families – since these are the most difficult to be planned – but in a short time we will make the configurator available also for the MINIFLE, FILE, FILE H and GUIDE.
